In order to meet the region's increased electricity needs and support the decarbonisation of French industry, RTE is planning the construction of a 400 KV, 225 KV and 90 KV substation called Flandre Maritime on 24 ha between Gravelines (59820) and Saint Georges sur l'Aa (59820).

The contract that is the subject of this notice concerns the services of Terrassement VRD to build the reception structure and raise the future Flanders-Maritime substation.

The Account Holder must carry out:

- Site picketing

- Access to the construction site

- Setting up and removing the base camp

- Deforestation

- Stripping of topsoil for a volume of 75,000 m3

- The partial deviation of a 1000ml watergang

- Earthworks over the entire substation, i.e. approximately 350,000 m3 of backfill

- Access to the substation with the creation of roads and repair of existing roads

- The drainage network in the future substation

- The 5 watertight storage basins in the future substation

- Preparation of the tracks inside the substation

- The pedestrian ring road for 2km
