The subject of the order is to carry out a service consisting in tree cutting and grubbing of carpines together with exportation, disposal of carpins, branches and the execution of earthworks consisting in ordering and aligning the terrain as part of the reconstruction of the Joanna tactical exercise belt on the ground in m. Good n/Flower.

The Contractor should include the surveying service necessary for the designation of areas and the backfilling of excavations and alignment of the site after the works performed (area of approx. 130 hectares).

Note - The felling of trees is not related to the development of green areas, the tree felling in question falls within the scope of works related to the preparation of the investment.

The condition for payment for grubbing together with export and disposal will be the Contractor to present a waste transfer card/disposal.

The project documentation attached to the SWZ — Annex 9 to the SWZ - in the part beyond the subject of the contract, should be treated informationally — provides information, inter alia, of the objects the contractor encounters on the territory of the work carried out.
