Heat supply systems

According to the current plan, the building is to be supplied with a brine/water heat pump system by a geothermal system. The peak load of the new building can be covered by a connection to the existing heating system of the neighbouring sports hall. This has a heating capacity of 170 kW and is designed to be too large.

The heat requirement of the new building is approx. 113 kW according to the heating load calculation according to DIN TS 12831. For this purpose, about 75% of the heat requirement can be covered by the brine / water heat pump. For the time being, this was coordinated with the energy consultant from Müller-BBM GmbH. Accordingly, a heat pump with a heating capacity of 85 kW was planned.
