1. The object of the order is:

Provision of services related to winter maintenance of provincial roads in winter road maintenance seasons: 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, i.e. combating slippery slopes and snow removal

a) combating slippery and snow removal of roads according to the winter maintenance standards set by the Employer (constituting an attachment to the Technical Specification of the conditions of services related to the operation of winter road maintenance equipment) and bills of quantities.

b) maintain in constant readiness the equipment provided for the implementation of the Agreement and its maintenance in the period from 30 October, successively in 2023, 2024, 2025, to the end of the provision of services covered by the Agreement in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, i.e. until 30 April in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

c) ensure direct communication with the operation of the equipment used to perform the Agreement, in order to provide the staff with instructions by persons authorized by the Ordering Party and immediately provide information by this service about: • the current state of road passability,

• the time of commencement and completion of services on individual road sections, • hazards caused by weather conditions, • other events noticed on the road.e) provision of equipment in order to enable the Ordering Party to control its preparation at the place and time indicated by the Ordering Party, after notification by the Contractor of readiness, in accordance with point II.7 of the Technical Specification.f) provide at its own expense and by its own efforts current and repair and repair service equipment intended for the provision of services covered by the Agreement,

g) perform at its own expense and by own effort the maintenance of the Ordering Party's equipment (ploughs, salters / sandblasters), if it was used in the implementation of the contract (cleaning from rust, painting, restoring efficiency) and return to the WFD in Hrubieszów (applies to tasks No. 1 and No. 2) – the database of the Road Circuit:

• No. 1 in Hrubieszów, • No. 2 in Tyszowce, by May 15, 2025, 2026 or within 15 days from the date of termination, withdrawal or termination of the contract. The equipment will be handed over and returned by means of a handover protocol.6. The terms used in the Agreement shall mean:

1) "equipment" - a device, a mechanical vehicle-carrier or a construction machine as defined in point I of the Technical Specification 2) "readiness for operation of equipment" - substitution for work (according to the instructions):a) equipment to combat winter slippery conditions (sandblasters/salters) loaded with sand-salt mixture or salt and brine,b) road snow removal equipment (carriers of ploughs, medium and heavy ploughs) loaded with ballast, construction machinery in accordance with ST requirements, 7. Before the beginning of each season, the Contractor is obliged to make available to the Contracting Authority or persons indicated by him, motor vehicles-carriers on which sandblasters / salters will be mounted, in order to assemble devices for the satellite location of equipment (GPS) and also to ensure the possibility of replacing the damaged GPS device each time. From the moment GPS devices are installed in motor vehicles, the Contractor is obliged to keep GPS devices in a non-deteriorated condition, protect them against destruction or damage and protect them against unauthorized access.8. The Ordering Party shall notify the Contractor of the date and place of installation of GPS devices at least 1 day in advance.

9. In the event of damage to the GPS device for reasons attributable to the Contractor, the Contractor shall bear all costs related to the repair or replacement of the damaged GPS device. The invoice charged to the Contractor shall be accompanied by an appropriate technical protocol (expert opinion).

10. The Parties agree that the maximum time of performing the services covered by the Agreement by a solarka/sandblaster without a GPS device (in the event of a breakdown or the need to move the device, e.g. when changing a motor vehicle) may not exceed 72 hours. In the event of a change (at the request of the Contractor) of a motor vehicle on which a salter/sandblaster has been installed, the cost of moving the GPS device shall be borne by the Contractor. etc...
