The aim of the tender is to select a supplier who will replace the 24 and 27 inch monitors used by BGHM/VBG with new devices over the next 4 years and cover any new needs that may arise.
The estimated order volume for the performance period of 4 years is a required quantity of up to 20,000 24-inch monitors and up to 500-27-inch monitors.
The maximum order quantity is 22,000 24-inch monitors and 550-27-inch monitors.
The guaranteed purchase quantity is a total of 12,000 24-inch monitors and 100-27 inch monitors. Beyond that, there is no further purchase obligation. After signing the contract, 500 24-inch monitors are to be provided.
All devices offered must be from the same manufacturer as well as the current model, which corresponds to the latest state of the art. Proof of all specifications is provided on the basis of the publicly available manufacturer's data sheets and must be submitted with the offer.
The supplier shall provide corresponding model types for the entire period.
If a model type is no longer available during the contract period, a new configuration for a successor model type is agreed. The successor model type must not be less powerful than the predecessor model in its individual components.
The scope of services includes the free delivery of the monitors called up by BGHM/VBG during the contract period, the extension of the manufacturer's warranty to at least 48 months from the date of delivery, the provision of a central fault acceptance for business customers as well as the repair or replacement of defective devices within the manufacturer's warranty at BGHM's Hanover location.
It is envisaged to purchase the products through a leasing partner. Regular maintenance and a maintenance contract are not part of the procurement target.
The provider with the highest total score of the evaluated offers provides one test device each. The costs for delivery and collection shall be borne by the bidder. If all requirements could be confirmed on the basis of the testing, the bidder will be awarded the contract. Otherwise, the offer will be excluded and the next placed provider will be asked to test.
The devices for testing are to be delivered to the Mainz site in week 45, 2023.
