Framework agreement for the acceptance and recycling of organic waste from the Ostholstein district
Lot 1 Area "North"In 1996, the ZVO introduced the nationwide collection of organic waste in the district of Ostholstein.
In the Ostholstein district, the ZVO collects the organic waste from the customer's site with collection vehicles and delivers it directly to the AN's facilities. The AG divides the district of Ostholstein into three areas: the northern, central and southern. For each of the three areas, a center is presented. For route optimization, the pick-up location for the respective area may only have a certain distance. This depends on the area of the area and the population density. Imaginary lines are used to demarcate the three areas. The Contractor shall take over the organic waste collected and transported by the Client at one or more transfer point(s) operated by the Contractor. This service is hereinafter divided into three lots (Lots 1, 2 and 3). For the term of the contract, the Contractor assumes an acceptance obligation for each commissioned lot.
For Lot 2 and Lot 3, the AG prescribes recovery by means of fermentation. In Lot 1, the Contractor may also specify other recovery processes, which will then be included in the assessment.
The following type of waste according to the Waste Catalogue Ordinance (AVV) is generated:
2003 Other municipal waste
2003 01 Mixed municipal waste (here only separately collected biowaste from
private households and small businesses)
Lot 2 Area "Central"In 1996, the ZVO introduced the nationwide collection of organic waste in the district of Ostholstein.
