It is a framework agreement concluded with an economic operator by batch, concluded in application of articles R2161-1 to R2162-13 of the Public Order Code. This contract includes a fixed part for the realization of the DPE of 46,421 housing units on the entire property and an order part with no minimum and with a maximum of 120,000 euro (s) excluding VAT over the total duration of the framework agreement distributed as follows: - Lot n° 1: maximum of 30 000 euro (s) excluding VAT over the duration of the framework agreement - Lot 2: maximum of 30 000 euro (s) excl. VAT over the duration of the framework agreement - Lot n° 3: maximum of 30 000 euro (s) excluding tax over the duration of the framework agreement - Lot n° 4: maximum of 30 000 euro (s) excluding VAT over the duration of the framework agreement These services are to be provided on the geographical sectors covered by each of the lots defined below. Each lot is subject to a separate framework agreement. Out-of-campaign purchase orders will be notified by the Buyer's Representative as and when required.
