The contract relates to the assignment of the following Abbanoa SpA insurance services, divided into 5 lots: RCT / O; cumulative injuries; Property liability; legal protection; temporary insurance for death and total and permanent disability due to illness.

The insurance is provided for the civil liability deriving from the insured in relation to the performance of institutional activities, however and wherever carried out, and by any means deemed useful or necessary. The guarantee is also valid for all the activities carried out by the insured by law, statute, regulations or resolutions, including the regulations issued by their own bodies, as well as any present and future modifications and / or additions. The insurance covers all ancillary, complementary, connected and connected activities, preliminary and consequent to the main ones, however and in any case carried out, none excluded or excluded, including those that the contractor deems and deems appropriate to perform in favor of the community.

The guarantee is given for accidents suffered by the insured categories [managers; employees (middle managers, employees, workers); sole director, members (including non-employees) of institutional bodies and / or bodies] in the terms of the relevant national collective labor agreement and / or other existing obligations, even if caused, as a partial exception to article 1900 of the civil code, from fault of the insured person, of the contractor and / or of the beneficiary.

The insurance covers damages for which the insured person is liable to respond as a civilly liable according to the law, for property losses involuntarily caused to third parties by acts, omissions or delays committed by one or more of their employees in the exercise of their duties and functions carried out in the context of the activity and institutional tasks of the contractor / insured person, as well as for tax damages, due to the exercise of the reductive power by the same Court of Auditors in case of verification of the existence of administrative or administrative responsibility - accounting for one or more employees indicated by a final judgment of the Court of Auditors.

The insurance covers the expenses related to out-of-court and judicial assistance that are necessary to protect the interests of the individual insured persons.

The insurance is aimed at regulating the relations between the contracting party and the insurance company in order to guarantee coverage of death and total and permanent disability from non-professional illness by virtue of the provisions of the gas / water national collective labor agreement of 18.5.2017 and subsequent agreement of the 05/25/2018.
