the city of Brignoles wishes to acquire standard school furniture and flexible school furniture for nursery and elementary classes in the various schools of the municipality. This purchase order contract includes the supplies of the products ordered and the services associated with it, namely, delivery, unloading and assembly. It is broken down into two batches as follows:

Lot 1: Standard school furniture.

lot 2: Flexible school furniture.

This is a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders concluded in the form of a public supply contract without minimum amount and with a maximum annual order amount, and awarded under the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

This framework agreement is signed for 1 year, renewable 3 times by express way for the same period. Its maximum duration is therefore set at 48 months.
