Os kommune [Os municipality] will construct a 2-parallel primary school over 2 floors with a gross area of approx. 6 800 m2 GFA. The new building will be constructed in solid wood and must i.a. contain various class rooms and group rooms, locker rooms, gymnasium, various administration areas as well as an open area over 2 levels with a canteen.

Outdoor works must also be executed. Areas on and around the new building must also be prepared as part of the contract. The Ministry of Culture and the Norwegian Football Federation's instruction manuals regarding planning, construction and operation shall form the basis for the project. This applies to the outdoor areas and the football pitch.
