the market is divided into 2 lots:-Lot 1: Cleaning and maintenance of premises and common areas on 33 residences and the headquarters of Montrouge -Lot 2: Exit and entry of OM containers and cleaning of garbage premises on 3 residences.
Lot 2 is reserved for structures employing mostly disabled workers, within the meaning of Article L 2113-12 of the Public Order Code.
For lot no. 1, it is a framework agreement with purchase orders, pursuant to articles L2125-1 1 °, R2162-2 paragraph 2, R2162-12 and R2162-14. It is single-attributed. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a maximum annual amount of 750,000 euros (excluding tax). There is no annual minimum amount. For lot 2, the market is an ordinary market. For each lot, the contract is renewable by express renewal, two (2) times per period of one (1) year until 31/12/2026, and without its duration exceeding four (4) years
