Toulon naval base - acquisition of the new generation Bateau-Porte No. 17 (Bp17-Ng)

Toulon naval base (Bnt) - acquisition of the new generation Bateau-Porte No. 17 (Bp17-Ng). This advertising notice concerns a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2323-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code. The purpose of the project is to design, manufacture, deliver and qualify on existing civil engineering works a new door boat for the closure south of the Grand Bassin Vauban Sud-Ouest (Gbvso) of the BNT. The Bp17-Ng will be commissioned before the beginning of 2027. The Bp17-Ng will replace the existing No. 17 gate vessel commissioned in the 1960s. The contract provides for the possible acquisition of a second Bp17-Ng, perfectly identical to the first, on the basis of an optional tranche. This contract notice concerns the submission of applications. It is planned to start of execution of the services at the beginning of the year 2024
