The aim of the procurement is to cover Helse Bergen HF's need for test sets for the hormone laboratory. The following tests shall be covered by this competition:

— Product group 1: Test set for use in quantitative analysis of methanefrines (methanefrine and normetanefrine) in blood (serum/plasma).

— Product group 2: Test set for detecting auto-antibodies against the 21-hydroxylate enzyme (coded by the CYP 21 gene) for suspicions of destructive autoimmune reason cause for Addison's disease (suprarenal cortex failure).

— Product group 3: Test set for detecting Anti-GAD auto-antibodies against β-cell antigenes (glutamic acid decarboxylase), which is found in the pancreatic islets in the pancreas in patients who have auto-immune diabetes mellitus.

— Product group 4: Test set for measuring the number level of glucagon hormones in blood.

— Product group 5: Test set for measuring the level/resistance of Chromogranin A (CgA) in blood.

— Product group 6: Test set for detecting Islet Antigene (IA-2) antibodies.

— Product group 7: Test set for measuring the level/resistance of insulin antibodies in blood.

— Product group 8: Test set for using in quantitative analyses of Zinc transporters autoantibody in blood (serum).
