The contest is for a framework agreement for the transport and depositing of wet fertiliser. This means the transport of bio-fertiliser from Mjøsaanlegget AS' facility at Roverudmyra, Åsmarkvegen 301 by Lillehammer and mainly to users in Gausdal, Lillehammer, Øyer or Ringsaker.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The total contract value is estimated to be approx. NOK 4 500 000 excluding VAT a year. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors.
The contracting authority reserves the right to procure separate equipment to deal with all or parts of the contract if the only tenders that are received do not fulfil the contracting authority's expectations.
The wet fertiliser that will be transported is owned by Mjøsanlegget AS.

Lots/groups
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR section 19-4, but has decided that it is not appropriate for this procurement. The contracting authority retains the right to accept all or parts of a tender.
Framework agreement.
The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard terms and seriousness requirements.
The contract period is from and including 1 July 2021 until and including 30 June 2026.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with 1 (one) or more tenderers, if a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
