HFAB will adopt a supplier.

The agreement does not contain any commitment to call off a certain volume during the contract period. Call-offs from this agreement are made based on B's needs. The bidder undertakes to deliver the real need. See AFD.1 for more information about the mission.

The agreement covers the period 2023-09-01 – 2027- 08-31 (48 months).

The planned contract period of the framework agreement is 48 months. The customer has the opportunity to terminate the framework agreement with a notice period of six (6) months. However, the agreement runs for at least 24 months.
