This public tender process is for control and reference reagents for HUS Diagnostic Center, Laboratory of Genetics at Helsinki University Hospital.

The controls and reference reagents must be suitable for the laboratory process by array-CGH, NGS, real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR), fragment analysis and gel electrophoresis.

The tender is divided into three lots:

1. Reference materials,

2. Quantitative PCR standards, and

3. DNA molecular weight markers and ladders.

Every lot is also divided into individual products and product groups. Partial tenders within lots are allowed. The procurement entity selects one (1) supplier for each product so that the products may have either the same or a different supplier.

The contracts with suppliers are in force for a fixed period of three (3) years, and thereafter until terminated.

This lot applies to Reference materials. Partial tenders inside the lot are accepted.

Final selection is made on a product by product basis. Only for product positions 2.1.1-2.1.2 and 2.2.1-2.2.2 for product group "Controls for fusion transcripts" and product positions 3.1-3.2 product group "Human genomic DNA" the selection shall be made by product group.

This lot applies to quantitative PCR standards. Partial tenders inside the lot are accepted.

If the tenderer offers in lot 2, the tenderer shall offer at least six (6) products. Final selection is made on a product by product basis.

This lot applies to DNA molecular weight markers and ladders. Partial tenders inside the lot are accepted.

Final selection is made on a product by product basis. Only for product positions 9.1-9.2 for product group "FlashGels" the selection shall be made by product group.
