Provision of driving services for DFS employees and guests at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER).

The shuttle service includes journeys in the security area of BER Airport between access control points (possibly via the airport terminal) and between the airport terminal and Tower BER and back, according to a timetable specified by DFS.

The trips take place daily (365 days a year) between 05:00 and 0:30 and usually include up to 8 or rarely even up to 15 people, depending on the timetable.

Furthermore, a hotline and an on-call service for short-term failures, disruptions or special trips must be made available / ensured during this time.

As part of the award procedure and during the term of the contract, DFS always complies with the legal requirements and already points out in particular the need to take into account the 'Clean Vehicles Procurement Act – SaubFahrzeugBeschG' in order to implement the EU Directive (EU) 2019/1161 on the promotion of clean and energy-efficient road vehicles (Clean Vehicles Directive).
