The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of high-methane natural gas for facilities located within the Territorial Self-Government Units: Gmina Brzostek 39-230, Gmina Biecz 38-340, Gmina Brzysk38-212, Gmina Czarna 39-215, Gmina Dębowiec 38-220, Gmina Jasło 38-200, Gmina Jedlicze 38-460, Jodłowa Municipality 39-225, Municipality of Kołaczyce 38-216, Gmina Nowy Żmigród 38-230, Gmina Osiek Jasielski 38-223, Municipality of Pilzno 39-220, Municipality Sękowa 38-307, Municipality Skołyn 38-242, Gmina Szerzyny 38-246, Municipality of Tarnowiec 38-204, Municipality Grybów 33-330, Jasielski County 38-200, Gorlicki County 38-300 along with organizational units and cultural institutions. The supply of gas will be carried out under an agreement specifying the terms of sale and provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive contract) and will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997.
