The acquisition is subject to
1) a software solution to be installed in the subscriber's platform, which forms digital document files on the basis of structural data sent by the systems using it and on the basis of specially defined document bases
2) implementation project of that software solution
3) solution maintenance and support services and other professional services related to the use of the solution
The solution to be acquired will integrate Finnvera's financial information systems and systems that store or transmit documents.
Key components of the solution to be acquired include:
• Formation of documents on the basis of document bases and structural information transmitted from inviting systems
• Saving the formed documents to be forwarded forward or preview or editable
• The possibility of maintaining document bases
The key tasks of the solution maintenance and support services are:
• Solution version updates and security updates
• Service point for reporting disruptions of the solution and other contacts
• Support for editing document bases used to form documents
Key tasks of the deployment project include:
• Implementing or assisting in integrations
• Creating document bases and accompanying auxiliary files (configurations, data models) required to start using the solution
• Training in the design, creation and editing of document bases and their potential auxiliary files
• Testing
Other professional services include:
• Other product or technical consultancy related to the recovery of the solution
