We also have a whole series of sensors that will make it possible to secure the beneficiary's living environment as much as possible.
As part of the home maintenance of its beneficiaries, the CSD wants to acquire a secure lock system allowing authorized persons to enter the home while ensuring the security of the latter. The purpose of this system is to replace "key boxes with code".
The device must be installed on the recipient's door, which allows access to the recipient's home via a secure smart phone application.
The CSD de Liège wishes to acquire a new generation system that allows the effective management and processing of all incoming and outgoing calls related to televigilance, as well as those of the evening duty (see below: call point of the evening duty) .
The software must interface with our central office using VOIP / SIP technology, as a communication channel, as well as our business software automatically, directly and transparently.
The CSD of Liège manages and processes the files and the calls of its beneficiaries as well as those of other partners.
