The scope of the contract includes:
Property insurance against all risks,
Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,
Liability insurance,
Insurance the aftermath of mishap accidents
Insurance of liability of motor vehicle holders,
Auto casco insurance,
Insurance of the aftermath of unfortunate accidents of drivers and passengers,
Insurance Assistance
Insurance of the aftermath of unfortunate accidents of TSO members — Variant I, in accordance with the Fire Protection Act,
Insurance of the aftermath of mishaps of TSO and MDP members — variant II, nameless
Casco insurance of floating equipment,
Insurance of the aftermath of unfortunate accidents of crew members and passengers,
The liability insurance of the floating equipment user.
Part I: Insurance of property and liability of the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-Koźle and municipal legal entities in Kędzierzynie-KoźluThe scope of the contract includes:
Property insurance against all risks,
Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

Insurance of the aftermath of mishap accidents,

OPTION LAW
The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option referred to in Article 441 (1) of the Pzp Act which includes the possibility of increasing the quantity of the basic contract. The urge to exercise the right of the option will not require the conclusion of an annex to n. The contract will be based on a written declaration directed to the Contractor.
The right of option is the power of the Contracting Authority, which it may, but does not have to exercise in the implementation of this Agreement. In the event that the Contractor does not exercise the right of the option, the Contractors shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect. The condition for the activation of the option right is to submit a statement of will by the Contracting Authority to exercise the right of option to the extent specified by it.
The object of the option can be:
(a) property insurance against all risks,
b) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks
- in the event of an increase in the total amount of insurance for a given type of property in the individual types of insurance - when reporting property for insurance in the fixed sum scheme by up to 20% of the sum of insurance in relation to the sum of the specified PART II - Description of the Order Subject (OPZ) - INSURANCE PROGRAM.
The maximum value of the option for this part of the contract shall be 20% of the basic contract premium originally specified in the public procurement contract.
Part II: Vehicle insurance in the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-KoźleThe scope of the contract includes:
Insurance of liability of motor vehicle holders,
Auto casco insurance,
Insurance of the aftermath of unfortunate accidents of drivers and passengers,

The maximum value of the option for this part of the contract shall be 25% of the basic procurement premium originally specified in the public procurement contract.

Part IV: Insurance of watercraft in the Municipality of Kędzierzyn-KoźleThe scope of the contract includes:
Casco insurance of floating equipment,
Insurance of the aftermath of unfortunate accidents of crew members and passengers,
The liability insurance of the floating equipment user.
