Provision of a subscription to PAM (Privileged Account Management) system software along with the provision of technical assistance and development services as well as workshops

The subject of the contract shall include:

a. providing a subscription to the Software of the PAM (PRIVILEGED ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT) system (along with granting a license for the installed software);

b. provision of Technical Assistance services to the extent specified in the Draft Terms of the Agreement);

c. provision of Development Services to the extent specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement;

d. conducting authorized workshops within the scope specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement,

in accordance with the requirements set out in this Specification of the Terms and Conditions of The Contract.
