The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has entered into a contract with Radisson BLU Plaza Hotel for hotel services for the NATO foreign minister meeting that will take place at the turn of the month May-June 2023 in Oslo. The procurement was deemed to be exempt from a notice obligation in accordance with the PPR § 13-4 letter b, second paragraph, cf. the PPR § 8-17, fifth paragraph, letter b.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs needs to procure hotel services for the NATO foreign minister meeting that will take place at the turn of the month May-June 2023 in Oslo. The hotel must be closed to other guests in the period 30 May to 1 June, as well as possibly several days before and after the meeting. There is currently a need to take over all the meeting rooms for rigging up on 29 or 28 May. The contract will primarily cover, amongst other things, needs connected to accommodation for visitors and police, breakfast, meeting activities for NATO, bilateral meetings, etc.
