The contract is reserved:
- Lot n° 4: Adapted companies (EA) as well as establishments and services for assistance through work (ESAT) or equivalent establishments, when they employ a minimum of 50% of disabled workers in accordance with Articles L.2113-12 and R.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code.
- Lots n° 5 and 7: To structures for integration through economic activity (SIAE) mentioned in Article L.5132-4 of the Labor Code and to equivalent structures when they employ a minimum of 50% of disadvantaged workers in accordance with Articles L.2113-13 and R.2113-7 of the Public Procurement Code.
