In connection with project 1004501 the Life Science building, Statsbygg requests tenders for:

Turnkey contract (TE) with interaction K302 Ventilation.

The request concerns K302 TE with interaction for ventilation works. The works consist i.a. of engineering design in interaction and execution of:

— ventilation installations,

— process cooling.

The interaction will take place partially at the same time and in integration interaction with the other contracts shown in the table below. The purpose of the interaction is that this will end up in an execution contract for each of the contracts mentioned. If the parties do not come to an understanding for an execution contract, the builder can go out into the market to engage other contractors. It may be relevant to divide the execution contract into multiple parts. E.g. it may be relevant to enter into sub contracts with extended delivery dates prior to the final implementation contract for the execution phase. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will determine how to divide the contracts during the interaction phase, after a common progress plan has been prepared.
