Conversion of the lighting systems of the service buildings V, VI, VII and VIII to LED.
The contract includes the provision of services for the conversion of the building lighting to LEDs, including all necessary electrical ancillary work in the office buildings V, VI, VII, and VIII on the property of the Federal Archives in Hoppegarten.
Currently, lighting systems with conventional tube technology, as well as compact fluorescent lamps and halogen lighting are in operation.
The order includes the conversion of all ceiling luminaires (including emergency and security lighting) to LED technology on all floors as well as outdoor lighting mounted on the building.
The following criteria must be taken into account when planning and renewing lighting systems:
1. Planning Luminaire Points General
The existing installations (locations of the cable outlets and switches) should be maintained as far as possible. New connections (e.g. Dali) or radio connections must be checked in consultation with the user. The existing electrical installation must be evaluated in accordance with applicable legal requirements and the current state of the art before the lighting system is renewed.
In addition, the checklist from AMEV Lighting 2023 must be attached to the planning documents.
2. Lifespan
At least luminaires with an LED lifespan of L80/B20 at 50,000h must be installed.
3. Power reserves of lighting systems
The illuminance levels must be individually adjustable between 500 lx and 1000 lx. This does not apply to lighting installations in archives.
4. Daylight-dependent sensors and presence detectors
In accordance with the Building Energy Act, the lighting systems must be equipped with appropriate sensors in defined usage zones. Accordingly, the feasibility in existing buildings must be checked in advance for economic viability and coordinated with the building owner.
5. HCL Human Centric Lighting
The use in the office space must be checked for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
6. Lichtberechnung
In compliance with ASR 3.4, a light calculation must be carried out before replacing the lighting system. During the planning phase, approval of the planner's lighting concept must be obtained with the involvement of the user's occupational safety specialist and the client's operations manager.
7. Light Measurement and Documentation
After completion, light measurements must be carried out. In addition to the proper documentation, a maintenance plan in accordance with AMEV Lighting 2023 point 3.7 must also be submitted.
