The purpose of this consultation is to provide furniture for the development of departmental structures for young children. The services are divided into 3 lots:1. Supply of specialized furniture for early childhood2. Supply of foam furniture3. Supply of furniture from reuse or incorporating recycled materials

The holder of the framework agreement will have to propose furniture for the development of the spaces of the ASE establishments, the staff crèche and the departmental structures welcoming children. Will it be possible to buy chairs, tables, beds, nursing chairs, cradles with rails? Pursuant to Articles R.2162-2 and R. 2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, the form chosen for the performance of the contract is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum amount pursuant to Article R.2162-4 1° of the French Public Procurement Code

The holder of the framework agreement will have to offer supplies of foam furniture that will make it possible to arrange the spaces of the establishments such as armchairs, nursing pillows, baby changing mats, etc. Pursuant to Articles R.2162-2 and R. 2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code, the form chosen for the performance of the contract is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum amount pursuant to Article R.2162-4 1° of the French Public Procurement Code
