1. The subject of the contract is the service of collecting municipal waste from the area of the city of Biała Podlaska arising on real estate on which residents live and on which residents do not live and municipal waste (mixed real estate) is generated.2. The service consists of:
1) collecting municipal waste from inhabited and mixed properties located in the city of Biała Podlaska, 2) equipping the property with bags for selective collection of waste of the following fractions: paper, glass, metals and plastics, 3) collecting expired and unnecessary medicines from designated pharmacies, indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter IV of the SWZ.
1. The Contracting Authority estimates that as part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor will collect the following types and quantities of municipal waste during the term of the contract: Forecasted weight of waste for 2023 (Mg):
1) unsegregated municipal waste (mixed) - code 20 03 01 - 1050, 2) paper and cardboard packaging - code 15 01 01 - 610, 3) glass packaging - code 15 01 07, 15 01 07 ex - 1100, 4) rubble from demolition and repairs - code 17 01 01, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 09 04 - 1600, 5) bio-waste - code 20 02 01, 20 02 01 ex - 3400, 6) household ash - code Ex 20 01 99 - 1550, 7) metals and plastics, mixed packaging waste - code 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 06, 15 01 06 ex - 3000, 8) biodegradable kitchen waste (wet fraction) - code 20 01 08 - 3800, 9) other waste not assigned to groups - code 20 03 99 - 2000, 10) medicines and other than those mentioned in 18 01 08 – code 18 01 09 - 0.5, 11) Total 18 110.5. 2. The above amounts of waste should be treated as indicative. The quantities may change according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party, taking into account the amount of waste generated by the property owners. When preparing an offer at its own risk, the Contractor is obliged to estimate the amount of municipal waste collected, taking into account changes that may occur during the term of the contract. 3) For municipal waste segregated for single-family properties, the Contractor provides the following plastic bags:
1) for paper – blue bags with a thickness of 0.08 mm and a capacity of 120 l – the amount of approx. 46,000 pcs. , 2) for glass - bags of green color with a thickness of 0.08 mm and a capacity of 80 l - the amount of approx. 46,000 pcs., 3) for metals and plastics - bags of yellow color with a thickness of 0.06 mm and a capacity of 120 l - the amount of approx. 190,000 pcs. 4. At the time of collection of bags with segregated waste, the Contractor is obliged to provide at his own expense replacement bags in the amount of 1 pc. on the property. In the event that there are two or more separate households on the property, which have submitted separate declarations on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management, bags of each type should be left, one for each household. In the case of bag management by the owner of the property not consistent with their intended purpose, the Contractor shall inform the Ordering Party about such an event immediately, no later than within 2 days from the date of becoming aware of such knowledge on this subject. The first bags are left by the contractor at the first collection of waste of a given fraction. 5. The Contractor performing the order is obliged to have at its disposal a storage and transport base with appropriate equipment in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122). 6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter IV of the SWZ.
