A 2 year framework agreement has been entered into with Kontorforum AS. The framework agreement involves the delivery of multi-function machines for the period from 1.2.2016 until 31.1.2018 with unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to prolong the agreement with 1 + 1 year. The options for prolongation will automatically be operative unless there is distinct notification of termination of the agreement, at the latest 1 month prior to the option period taking effect.

The contracting authority estimates a requirement for 2 multi-function machines per annum, i.e. 8 machines during the entire contract period, including the option years. The estimate is to be considered as informative and is not binding for the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
