1 The subject of the order is to keep greenery low including lawn mowing, planting of annual and perennial plants, care and cutting of trees, shrubs and hedges, spring and autumn raking of green spaces, and winter maintenance of pavements and stairs in the area of green spaces.
For winter maintenance, snow removal and sand sprinkling of pavements, stairs, squares in the period from 01.01.2022r. — 31.03.2022r. and 01.11.2022r. — 31.12.2022r. and 01.01.2023r. - 31.03.2023r. and 01.11.2023r.
In the absence of winter conditions (snow, pigeons, snow mud) it is necessary, on the order of the Ordering Party, to sweep sidewalks from accumulated sand as in summer maintenance of sidewalks.
2 The detailed scope of the work for the sector concerned shall be determined by the subjects of work forming an integral part of the project.
3 The Contractor shall have the appropriate personnel capacity and equipment in order to carry out the task in question.
