Provide a complete Heating, Ventilation and Centralized Air Conditioning System for OSY platform,(Functional Description and Technical Specifications will be included in the ITT package) including but not limited to, design, sizing, engineering, pre-fabrication, installation (incl. supporting and penetrations) at an onshore yard (not known yet), (FAT) testing, commissioning (at the yard and offshore) and warranty of all components related.

Provide HVAC PLC management system incl. connection to the Platform Scada system. (incl hardware and software)

The final contracting entity may be:

(i) Elia Asset S.A and/or Elia ESO; and/or

(ii) Any of the company belonging to the Elia group; and/or

(iii) A new company that will be set up by 1 of the companies of the Elia Group.
