Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance works of the road heritage owned and managed by the Metropolitan City of Florence through the conclusion of a framework agreement divided into 3 lots: Lot 1: Zone 1 Upper Mugello and Mugello West - CIG 9280615DC3. The economic value indicated for the framework agreement does not constitute an indication of contractual consideration, but quantifies an presumed need for tender for the formal obligations linked to this value. The framework agreement referred to in art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 is in fact a contractual instrument for the regulation of the stipulation of any future "implementation contracts", not predetermined by number, amount and location, which will be entrusted by the contracting authority during the duration of the framework agreement and according to the needs and priorities noted by the Administration.The stipulation of the framework agreement is therefore not a source of immediate obligation between the Metropolitan City of Florence and the successful tenderer and not is binding with regard to the assignment to the latter of the "implementation contracts" for a predefined minimum quantity. The individual "implementation contracts" will be activated in the manner indicated in the Special Tender Specifications
