Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences intends to start a tender for media purchasing 2020. The purpose of the tender is to find a suitable party that will take care of media purchasing for VHL.

The aim of the tender is: to find a suitable party that will take care of the media purchase for VHL, for which an agreement with one (1) contractor requires:

- providing services related to advice on and purchasing of media,

- posting of media statements,

- achieve the optimal result based on objective and cooperation,

- providing reports and advice on media placements for Van Hall,

Larenstein, both online and offline.
