The city of Hamm writes out the framework agreement for leasing bicycles as an occasional joint award for itself and on behalf of the municipal subsidiaries: Hamm aÖR municipal job center, Hamm gGmbH Tierpark and Maximilianpark Hamm GmbH throughout Europe.

The city of Hamm (client) and its aforementioned subsidiaries (clients) would like to grant its employees the opportunity to lease bicycles from 01.02.2022.

The award of the award for this framework agreement is made centrally for the city of Hamm and in the name and on account for the aforementioned subsidiaries via the purchasing body of the city of Hamm.

After the award has been awarded, the individual lease contracts must be concluded separately and directly with the clients in the further process:

- Municipal job center aoER

- animal park Hamm gGmbH

- Maximilianpark Hamm GmbH

The requirements arise from this SOW and the list of services as well as the terms of the collective agreement for the conversion of charges for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV bicycle leasing) from 25.10.2020 or comparable future legal regulations (product range see part A, paragraph 6).

The bicycles should be able to be used by employees for both business and private purposes. For this purpose, a rental agreement for bicycles is to be concluded.
