General description and purpose
You are invited to submit tenders in headlined procurement under this procurement document with the accompanying attachments.

Extent
The customer intends to procure audit services to Mörbylånga municipality. The procurement concerns the following elements that are mandatory to fulfil:

Statutory audit (professional audit) in the municipality as well as advice and issues that form a natural part of the audit assignment.
Expert assistant to the lay auditors of the municipal companies
Additional work and/or investigations that are outside the scope of the assignment must be preceded by a written agreement on the ordering of work.
Öland Association of Local Authorities (in liquidation):
Expert assistance to the auditors of the Association of Local Authorities, including administrative support
Statutory audit (professional audit) in the Association of Local Authorities as well as advice and issues that form a natural part of the audit assignment.
Additional work and/or investigations that are outside the scope of the assignment must be preceded by a written agreement on the ordering of work.

Statutory audit (also includes consolidated financial statements) as well as advice and issues that form a natural part of the audit engagement.
