The Airport Express Train is looking for a solid collaboration partner who can contribute to maintaining the company's high customer satisfaction. High requirements for punctuality and regularity apply to the Airport Express Train's services. The Airport Express Train depends on the best services for operational deviations in order to achieve and maintain good results.

There are high expectations for the Airport Express Train regarding bus services in deviation situations, both in regard to the bus operation, service provision, administration and management. In addition there are high ethical requirements and expectations as regards the collaboration partner.

The Airport Express Train has two types of operational deviations that must be covered by alternative transport capacity. The operational deviations are split between:

— planned deviations (ordered in advance and entered into the plan),

— non-planned deviations (commissioned and notified over the telephone via the operative management in the Airport Express Train.

An operational deviation means that ordinary train departures can no longer operate with trains as planned on all or parts of the stretch that the Airport Express Train normally operates. The capacity must instead by covered with alternative transport. This can be, for example, NSB trains, taxis or buses.
