The subject of the contract is the reception, transport and treatment of waste in the alternative fuel production plant classified according to the current waste catalogue — under code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than listed in 19 12 11 produced by mechanical fragmentation process of large-sized waste code 20 03 07

The subject of the contract is the reception, transport and treatment of waste in the alternative fuel production plant classified according to the current waste catalogue — under code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than listed in 19 12 11 produced by mechanical fragmentation process of large-sized waste code 20 03 07.

Detailed conditions regarding the subject of the contract:

1. Waste will be collected from the Regional Waste Recovery Centre in Krosno at 108 Białobrzeska Street in the amount of approx. 850 Mg of waste at irregular intervals,

2. The costs for the transport of waste shall be borne by the Contractor,

3. The costs for loading shall be borne by the Ordering Party,

4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to transfer a smaller amount of waste than indicated above in the event of reasons beyond the control of the Ordering Party (e.g. transfer of a smaller amount of waste to the Ordering Party by waste producers/suppliers, etc.), provided that the amount of waste transferred will not be less than 500 Mg.

5. Waste will be collected in shredded form,

6. The Contractor will be obliged to collect and process waste in accordance with the applicable law.

7. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have an entry in the register of entities introducing products, packaged products and waste management (BDO) kept by the Marshal of the Voivodeship, referred to in Article 49 Section 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste in the field of storage, waste processing code 19 12 12 and in the field of production of alternative fuel from waste with code 19 12 10 and waste transport with code 19 12 12

Additional requirements

Employment clause under employment contract Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act

The Contracting Authority shall not specify the requirements referred to in Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act because the transfer of waste for processing under this Agreement will not occur repeatably, but in an ad hoc manner at irregular intervals resulting from the needs of the Ordering Party's moment.
