After activation, stabilization, support and motivation, the participant should be able, among other things, to take part in counseling sessions, to take part in a measure of active job promotion or to deal with personal matters independently or with the help of third parties. + Target group: Employable women and men in need of all Age groups in SGB II benefit receipt who do not meet their reporting obligations and consultation appointments and avoid working with the case manager as well as people in need who are not able to attend appointments to clarify personal matters on their own. + Time scope: start of measures on August 1, 2021, end of measures on July 31, 2022. The measure basically has a duration of 12 months. It is to be designed and carried out for 12 participants. + Special features of the contract period / extension option: For the period from 08/01/2022 to 07/31/2023 and from 08/01/2023 to 07/31/2024, the client reserves the right to extend the contract by means of a written declaration to the contractor. During the extension period, the contractor must provide the same services at the same conditions as in the offer letter. The use / non-use of the extension options by the client is not linked to any conditions or prerequisites. No justification is required for this. + The locations for the measures are corresponding to the lots in Bautzen, Kamenz and Hoyerswerda. The contractor ensures that the place of performance can be reached in a reasonable time by public transport for all participants. The travel time from / to public transport must not be longer than 15 minutes on foot. The contractor's premises used must be signposted on the building so that they can be easily found by the participant. The places where the participants are located, usually their place of residence, their usual and / or actual place of residence and, if necessary, also places where socio-educational support and support takes place are considered additional locations due to the outreach assistance. B. Advice centers, authorities and other network partners. + Personnel key: Social pedagogue: Participants = 1.5: 12. The social pedagogue is available for the entire measure. The value "1" shown in the personnel code corresponds to a weekly working time of 40 hours. An essential prerequisite for the success of the measure is personnel who qualitatively and quantitatively correspond to the description of services. The personnel deployed must be professionally qualified and personally suitable in order to be able to carry out the activities required to fulfill the contract for the target group. Social skills and educational experience in connection with the provision of services must be ensured by the contractor for every employee entrusted with the assignment. When submitting the offer, the qualification of the personnel to be deployed must be presented using the completed form E.1 and explained in the concept of the measures. In form E.1, the information provided by the bidder on the requested fields "Professional qualification", "Deployment in the measure as", "Proof of pedagogical aptitude", "Proof of professional experience" and "Total hours per week in the measure" are to be found in Binding in case of a later award of the contract. In the case of several potential employees of the bidder for deployment of personnel in the measure, the information on form E.1 should be provided by the bidder to an extent that all of the employees in question can fulfill. Evidence of the personnel must be provided to the client using form E.2 (general overview) after the award of the contract, usually four weeks at the latest, however, two weeks before the start of the measure. In the case of a shorter start date, submission is required immediately after the award of the contract. Evidence of the qualifications of the staff must be provided accordingly. By submitting form E.2, the contractor assures that the reported personnel meet the requirements of the service description quantitatively. + Measure costs: include all necessary costs incurred in connection with the preparation and implementation of the measure, in particular: course costs and costs for measure content including costs for necessary teaching materials; Costs for necessary socio-pedagogical care, provision of consultation rooms, staff, travel costs for the social pedagogue; possibly additional travel costs of the participant (travel costs between different consultation locations, network partners); Expenses for the participants' statutory accident insurance.
