The contract concerns the treatment service, aimed at the recovery, pursuant to articles 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 3 April 2006, with transport to the plants of destination, of the waste identified with E.E.R. code 20.01.08 — biodegradable waste from kitchens and canteens, to be carried out in the manner described in the tender specifications and for the estimated quantities indicated in the product specification race.
