The subject of the contract is the delivery of poultry and poultry sausages in 2023 (warehouses: in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica), in accordance with the standards and assortment, quantities and requirements indicated by the Ordering Party and in accordance with the conditions specified by the Ordering Party.

►The subject of the contract is the supply of poultry and poultry sausages in 2023, in accordance with the standards, quantities and requirements as follows:

Frozen chicken leg 260,00 kg; Chicken leg 360,00 kg; Frozen chicken breast fillet 1 100,00 kg; Chicken breast fillet 3,600,00; Chicken wings 1,100.00 kg; Smoked chicken breast fillet 500,00 kg, Poultry ham 1,400,00 kg; Turkey ham 1 000,00 kg.

►The Contractor, who refers to the use of equivalent solutions, is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract. In connection with the invocation of Polish standards

in the description of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party allows equivalent products with physicochemical characteristics with a higher or lower percentage of their content in the product with a maximum value of +/- 1%, provided that they ensure better quality of the product and safety of its consumption. Equivalence may not concern an increase in the required percentage of water and fat content and a reduction in the protein content by a percentage fixed above.

If the Contractor refers to equivalent solutions, he is obliged to attach with the offer:

a list of products with equivalent solutions applied

description of equivalent solutions, e.g. detailed product sheet, declaration of conformity, laboratory test report, confirming the compliance of physico-chemical and quality properties of a given product in relation to those described by the Ordering Party.

A contractor who does not offer equivalence is not obliged to submit descriptions and materials as above. Failure by the Contractor to submit the documents indicated above, i.e. confirming that the offered subject of the contract meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Entity, will be tantamount to offering the subject of the contract a specific contract documentation.

►The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors submitting the offer to lodge a bid bond before the deadline for submitting tenders in the total amount of PLN 10,000.00. The Contractor is obliged to lodge a bid bond for the entire period of validity of the offer.
