The municipality of Losser wishes to buy the charging stations, after which the charging stations become the property of the municipality. In addition to the delivery and installation of the charging facilities, the supplier must also manage, settle the costs incurred with the user and carry out maintenance. The supplier must provide the municipality of Losser with sufficient power capacity by means of a medium voltage connection and the correct charging facilities for electric passenger cars, vans and trucks.
