2. Services to be provided

2.1 Subject matter of the service

NBank intends to conclude two framework agreements on active sourcing to find personnel to fill specialist functions, primarily with an IT or bank-specific background. The objective is to gain access to applicants, which NBank does not yet have. The service includes the following points for both lots:

- Market research on filling the position and applicants, market analysis

- Identification of suitable candidates (m/f/d) who are willing to change, taking into account must-have criteria

- Reaching out to candidates who would not have responded to a job advertisement

- Pre-selection of candidates based on the requirements of the position and the NBank in general

- Initial professional interview by specialists

- Invoicing only after successful delivery/successful proposal of at least two candidates per search request who meet the must-have criteria and fit the NBank

- The regulations of the AGG must be observed by the contractor. The Contractor shall indemnify NBank against claims made against it on the basis of violations by the Contractor.

- The documents of the proposed candidates will be made available via a digital platform to be operated by the bidder. Transmission by e-mail is excluded.

At least two candidates must be proposed per search request.

The client will retrieve a maximum of 45 search requests for Lot 1, specialist profiles with bank references, and 15 search requests for Lot 2, IT profiles per year.

There is no minimum purchase obligation for the client.

The framework agreements are initially concluded for 24 months and are extended twice for a further 12 months, unless they are terminated by the client 90 days before the end of the respective contract period, for the first time at the end of the basic term.

The service can be provided independently of location.
