1. The object of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of Dąbrowa Municipality for the period 2022-2023. CPV:

1. The object of the contract is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of Dąbrowa Municipality for the period 2022-2023. CPV:

3. Number of residents check-in in Dąbrowa as of 31 December 2019. is 4617 persons. The number of persons covered by the municipal waste management system in Dąbrowa Municipality is 3717 persons (as of 31 October 2021).
4. Frequency of loading and exporting by the waste contractor:
1) mixed collected from the property:
2 times a month between 1 October and 30 April,
1 time a month during the period from 1 May to 30 September,
2) waste collected selectively
plastics, metal, multi-aerial packaging: February, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, December,
glass: February, May, August, November
paper and cardboard: March, June, September, December,
according to the export schedule developed by the Contractor and communicated to the inhabitants.
5. The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and development of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and collected selectively from property owners residing in the Dąbrowa Community, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 202020r item 1439), by the records of the “Waste Management Plan of Kujawsko — Pomeranian Voivodeship 2016 — 2022 with a perspective for the years 2023 — 2028", adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Kujawsko - Pomorskie Voivodeship No XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017, and provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Community of Dąbrowa, as well as other provisions of statutory and local law.
1. In particular, the subject matter of the contract includes:
(a) the collection, transport and development of unlimited quantities of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and collected selectively from residential property owners, according to schedule,
(b) receipt of transport and management of accumulated municipal waste from the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), excluding receipt of electronic, electrical equipment and tyres, within 72 hours of the telephone notification,
(c) bags for collecting municipal waste;
(d) the prevalence among property owners of a timetable for the collection of municipal waste.
6. The Contractor is obliged to transfer municipal waste received from the owners of the property to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installations operating in REGIONS 5 in accordance with the Waste Management Plan of Kujawsko - Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2018 - 2022 with perspective for 2023 to 2028. This obligation applies to mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), green waste (20 02 01), residues from the sorting of municipal waste for storage (19 12 12). In this respect, the Contractor concludes a contract with the RIPOK Managing Manager.
7. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer selectively collected municipal waste from inhabited property to waste recovery and disposal installations in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of Laws of Laws. 2020. item 797).
