The activities that the contractor to be contracted must carry out include:

a. Performing concrete repairs and renovations;

b. Renovation of masonry;

c. Inspecting and (re)certifying liquid-tight floors;

d. Cleaning and hydrophobic concrete and masonry.

The value of the contract is estimated at € 250,000 on average per calendar year, excluding VAT. In order not to have any discussions about whether or not new tenders are mandatory, water board limburg can theoretically purchase an average of up to € 600,000 excluding VAT per calendar year.

Please note: however, this is a theoretical maximum (excluding price indexation).
