1. The subject of the Order is the lease of 4 pieces of electric traction units for the needs of the Silesian Railway Sp. z o.o. (divided into tasks).
2. The procurement procedure is conducted under an unlimited tender procedure, pursuant to the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. of 22 July 2022: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act" or "PZP".
