The overall aim of this procurement is for EASA to gain access to information on worldwide aviation safety events as well as operator and aircraft information through commercial and general aviation databases.

The Agency intends to conclude a framework contract in order to gain access to information on worldwide aviation safety events as well as operator and aircraft information, through Commercial and General Aviation (GA) databases, including, but not limited to, the following:

(a) aircraft reference database;

(b) incident/accident specific information;

(c) historic civil aviation accident data for a minimum of ten years backwards;

(d) country/state information;

(e) operator information;

(f) information on aircraft types;

(g) economical information.

The dataset shall be global, not limited to EU.

The dataset shall be maintained and updated on a daily basis and accessible via a server-to-server connection.
