The task in question includes the performance of preparatory works – the development of the program concept and materials enabling obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of the project along with conducting geological surveys. The contractor will present the program concept for the extension of the existing "Emilia" junction in 2 variants in a way that allows ensuring all relations with the A2 motorway through the construction of a new section of S and GP class roads, including the construction of connectors on the A2 – S14 and GP routes

3. The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks:
1. Preliminary analysis of the course of the options
2. Promotional material for information meetings
3. Reports of information meetings
4. Materials for BRD audit
5. Materials after BRD audit
6. Materials for ZOPI
7. Materials after ZOPI/KOPI
8. Materials after KOPI
9. Materials for the SPC application
10. Tender documents
11. Responding at the stage of the tender procedure to the Contractor and possible modifications of the Design Documentation developed by the Contractor.
With regard to key tasks reserved for personal performance by the Contractor, the Contractor shall not rely on the capacity of the resource sharing entity, under the principles laid down in Article 118 (1) of the Pzp Act, in order to demonstrate the fulfilment of the relevant conditions of participation in the proceedings.
