The assignment includes the delivery, design and maintenance of an HRM system including salary processing for an organization with the following key figures:
- approx. 550 salaries per month,
- approx. 550 ESS users,
- approx. 22 MSS users,
- approx. 40 externally hired employees,
- approx. One functional manager for HRM + two backstop.
The scope of the procurement contract includes:
- delivery and design of an HRM system with all common HRM functionalities, such as ESS, MSS and PSS,
- taking care of salary processing,
- Delivery of services and links,
- delivery of reports for the purpose of information delivery directly from the HRM system,
- delivery of data to the Dunea data warehouse,
- providing functionality with which Dunea itself can set up workflows in addition to the standard delivered workflows,
- providing functionality with which Dunea, in addition to the standard delivered reports, can easily create reports from the HRM system itself,
- managing and maintaining the HRM system.
Processes in the scope of the assignment are the basic HRM processes (list not exhaustive):
- influx of employees,
- default,
- leave of absence,
- personnel changes,
- assess and develop,
- salary processing,
- outflow of employees.
