The assignment consists of providing services Protected housing, within the framework of the Wmo 2015, in the form of Arrangements to Clients who receive a decree for Protected Living as from 1 January 2023.

Contractors can sign up for the following Arrangements:

• Stay with 24-hour supervision;

• Stay with supervision near and on call;

• Home Plus.

Each Arrangement is made up of a Basic Product (with the name of the Package) and can be supplemented with the Products 'House Supervision Complex' and/or 'Activation and Participation'. Activation and participation can possibly be supplemented by transport. The Contractor can sign up for one or more Packages. Registration for individual Products is not possible.

With the “Stay with 24-hour supervision” arrangement, the client stays in an accommodation of the provider. Provider offers the client support and there is a supervisor in the living setting 24 hours a day/7 days a week from whom the client receives or can receive direct guidance. In the night hours, there is at least a sleep watch (between 11 pm - 7:00pm). See Annex 2 'Product Book'.

In the “Stay with supervision near and on call” arrangement, the client stays in an accommodation of the provider. Provider offers the client support and offers the client the opportunity to contact the supervisor 24 hours a day/7 days a week. If necessary, it will be physically present within 10 minutes, maximum 15 minutes. See Annex 2 'Product Book'.

In the 'Thuis Plus' arrangement, the client has an adequate independent living space. Provider offers the client support and offers the client the opportunity to contact the supervisor 24 hours a day/7 days a week. If necessary, there is contact with the client within 10 minutes and the supervisor can be physically on site within 30 minutes. See Annex 2 'Product Book'.
