The Heilbronn District Office is building a new road maintenance department on the site of the existing old road maintenance department. This was dismantled and demolished.

The Abstatt road maintenance department is located in the municipality of Abstatt on the Flst property. N r. 9, 84. The property is served on the east and north side by Seestrasse 15, on the south side by Flst. N r. 982/3 and bounded on the west side by the Happenbach.

Yard and driving areas are to be created as an asphalt surface with the necessary sewage gutters and sewage drains. Parking spaces for cars with paved pavement.
